Luxury 2 Bedroom CBD Apartment with Free Parking

Everything is so clean, house is spacious, price is a reasonable one. We enjoyed the stay anyway.

The location was quite difficult to find, as it is situated inside another hotel. Retrieving the key was another challenge - it took us about 30 minutes to locate both the exact place and the key itself, which was hidden in a rather obscure spot.

Nothing to dislike

Located close to the food and shopping area, and in a secure and modern building. The apartment itself is really nice, lots of light and a high floor gives excellent visibility of the surroundings.

On a hot afternoon, the AC takes time to cool the bedrooms, though this is a very minor thing compared to all the positives!

The host was very kind and helpful. Communication was prompt and clear, and everything was easy to access. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The check-in and check-out process was difficult. The lockbox was hard to locate — it was hidden behind parked cars along the fence, and it was almost on the ground, making it hard to access. This is not what’s shown in the photos on Booking.com, where it looks like it’s in a much more accessible location. Clearly, this has been an issue mentioned by previous guests, yet nothing has been done to address it. The room also had some maintenance issues. The sugar in the room was old and had hardened into a white layer, making it unusable. A simple change to sachets would go a long way in ensuring freshness. The kitchen tap was loose and difficult to use, another problem that seems to have been repeatedly pointed out by guests, but it remains unfixed. What's even more disappointing is the lack of professionalism and follow-up from the host, Andrew. Despite previous reviews pointing out these same issues, nothing has changed. It feels like feedback isn’t taken seriously, and there’s a clear pattern of neglected areas that need improvement. It’s time for Andrew to take customer feedback seriously and make some real improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Location

There were 3 of us. There was one single key. You needed the physical key even to use the elevator to get to the apartment floor. This meant we had to coordinate our comings and goings anytime the 3 of us were not lock-step together. This apartment would have been great for a solo traveler or for a couple joined at the hips. For these independent travelers (or even semi-independent travelers), it simply did not work.

Everything was great

The apartment was in a fabulous location with lovely views. It seems quite new with very nice amenities, including a very good kitchen, laundry facilities and lounge.

The tap fitting in the kitchen seemed poorly installed and was very loose. A dining chair had a backrest that came loose.
