Such a beautiful apartment located in the city centre! Despite the central location, it was very quiet with no surrounding noise. There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and the café on the ground floor is a very convenient bonus. I also appreciated the selection of New Zealand snacks provided in the apartment. Highly recommended!

The kitchen sink tap was slightly loose—nothing major, but it may need some attention.

Nothing! Only constructive criticism is perhaps to fix the kitchen tap as it was loose, and maybe give the carpets a shampoo. But otherwise, the apartment was perfect!

Great instructions to locate car park - grateful for the tip regarding dropping off luggage at the upper car park to avoid the flight of stairs. Amazing location and views. Very warm and comfortable. Great beds!

Was a little tricky with only 1 access card for 4 guests. While we were generally very happy with the apartment, my only critic is I don’t know if I would call it “luxury”: The carpet in lounge has stains, the light switch in main bathroom was a little dodgy, fan didn’t work in the main bathroom, lamp in lounge wasn’t NZ plug, kitchen tap very wobbly. Could do with some maintenance but I acknowledge the nightly price was probably reflective of these imperfections.

Perfect apartment, nicely renovated. Centrally located. Great value for the price.
