Jay's Villa Umalas

Everything was very dirty All the room was noisy The breakfast was awful and every day the same The wardrobe was broken and it fell in my leg two times The walls was paper and when we touched it we opened a hole The most disturbing thing though was the dirt and all the rubbish from previous guests Receptionists and staff was kind but they couldn’t help in anything of these since it is problems of the management

To be honest I didn’t like anything about the property

Staff were friendly and efficient great pool good value for money

Needs some maintenance

I stayed in villa 11, it was very big and the bedroom was upstairs and that along with the bathroom was huge, the pool was huge too.

They didn’t quite clean properly, the sheets and bed was nice and clean but there was a few areas-the stairway (hand rails) they missed. We had a dead fly in our bedroom when we arrived and it was there the whole time we stayed. However they did clean everyday or every second day- they would always ask us so they would give it a quick clean over when you wanted. However did miss bits. The pool wall was a Little old Looking.. needed some paint. We also had a few problems with the wifi wasn’t a great connection at times but they would fix it straight away when we told them.

Good villa. Good staff. Nice location.

Waaaaaay too much chlorine in the pool. Couldn't swim there because my skin was literally stinging and my bikini was bleached.

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The property is under maintenance so it was not clean. We booked a deluxe villa but since it wasn't operational we got a super deluxe villa but we didn't like it so much. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so if you use the pool you'll have to go up to clean up. And the main bathroom is downstairs but not connected to the living room area. So you have to go up and then go down from a different stairs to use the main bathroom. Much hassle.

Hate it

It was invested with mosquito and insects. The villa bed was invested with ants and insect. Change to a different room and still a disappointment. Won’t go there anymore and worst part non refundable.
