Beautiful Brighton Apartment, 5min walk to beach

Location 5 minutes from Train station

I never actually stayed in the flat as I was out partying all night

Close to sites

Very noises birds and Seagull due to being behind bins and close to seaside. Noisey overall and not the cleanest on arrival

Location was great, really central.

The sofa bed in the living room was not as pictured, and very uncomfortable and unsturdy.

Communication with the owner was great and answered all our queries very promptly. The location for this apartment is great if wanting stay within walking distance of the seafront, shops and the historic Laines. The apartment is small and would only recommend couples or a sole traveler for this one bed apartment.

It does come with a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area which also leads to the bathroom so not ideal for extra guests who need to use the facilities in the night. The apartment was clean, but still needed some minor maintenance. A guide or booklet on how to use heating/aircon system would be useful.

Owner was very helpful, accomodating and good communications. How the Owner replied back and answered all my questions! Very convenient to the town centre. Places to eat are a walkaway! Beach is close by!

Excellent property, very well situated. Secure location. Fantastic communication with very helpful owner. Will absolutely recommend and will visit again.
