Beautiful Brighton Apartment, 5min walk to beach

Nothing to say special except the location. There is noting to describe that we like about the property. Very disappointing, regretful, shame and disgusting

I didn’t like anything of this property. First of all, the pictures and descriptions of that property are not absolutely match to the reality. On pictures it describes the property is so big and cleaned enough but I was surprised when we stepped into the property it was smelly and the house is too small can’t believe my eyes and that what I saw on pictures and what it is in real. The bed is too uncomfortable and the sofa bed is broken. I booked this apartment for my holiday with my little family that I could enjoy but this apartment ruined my everything as we could not get proper rest and relaxed during our stay as the beds were broken and sofa bed is completely broken and bended so when we lied down we lied on the middle because the mattress was so bad and as the metal of the bed touched our body and it was hurting so much. We have two infants 2 year old and 5 months old but that house was this much small that we can’t even fit our pushchair on corridor. There was no microwave in the house we could even warmup baby’s milk or food. The window blinds doesn’t close. Pantries was full of their property belonging. There was baby feeding bottle left in the gap of the bed from previous guests.

Nice flat, a few steps from town centre and to the beach

Decent location. Clean and functional facilities. Great water pressure and temperature. Wifi worked great, stable and fast.

Host was unresponsive to specific requests. We couldn't find any linens for a duvet for the fold-out couch. We found some wet linen in the washing machine. Host did not answer our request for some linen, nor reply to our request for a VAT invoice. Fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable, slouching in. One adult could just about fit diagonally. TV remote batteries were dead. Minor but annoying. Space was extremely tight, especially with folding out the couch. There's no way you could fit 5 adults in there. It barely handles two adults. Felt a bit damp or mildewy, but that could have just been Brighton at this time of year. Bring your earplugs as sound insulation is poor. You'll be woken up in the early morning by the pigeons roosting right outside your window.

The location is fantastic. It's close to shops, bus stops, the train station, the beach and so on. It was easy to find and comfortable. An added bonus is that there is a little washer/dryer mashine just in case it's needed.

The sofa is quite small. So only another child could sleep on there. Not an adult. Some things need to be replaced, like the bed that was broken. Some kitchen things that need updating and a few other little things. You have no view at all, only a wall. And the pigeons found a home in there. If you are a deep sleeper, they won't disturb you, but they are extremely loud. And unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn't as I hoped. That definitely needs improvement as well.

It's a lovely little apartment, plenty of room for 3 adults. Very central to the town centre & beach and easy to find your way around town and back again. We didn't have any major issues, nice clear instructions on how to enter, and the host even let pop our luggage on before check-in. We did startle a cleaner, not sure who was more scared us or him. The apartment isn't huge but it does look like the photo and isn't advertise as being bigger than the photos suggest ( I have read reviews saying people feel it small) it was very clean, had a bitt of issue finding the spare bedding but a quick message to the host and it was sort really quick (we didnt think to check under the bed). We did have an issue trying to fold out the sofa bed, but it was fine as there is a fold out single bed too so no issue. The other people in the block can be a little noisy sometimes, but that is completely out of the hosts hands and again, out the window is a little messy again, not the hosts fault at all. The pigeon do echo of a morning, but again, that really can't be helped. All in all, it was a very nice stay, great location and great host. Thank you so much. Xxx

It was very noisy with fire alarms going off in the night on three separate occasions. Not the host's fault as was another property but it was not a good nights sleep at a ll.

Great location right in the middle of the city

Nothing to dislike however there wasn't enough room to get the sofa bed out properly so my son had to sleep on cushions on the floor. Also the bed was very soft
