Beautiful Brighton Apartment, 5min walk to beach

The location is the only good thing about this property. Other than there is very little to say that is positive.

The apartment is tired, doesn't look like the pictures, the heating is Insanely hot, The block of flats is very busy with fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. If its not the fire alarm keeping you up its the pigeons in void outside the window which are none stop. This isn't really a surprise as it used as a rubbish drop for all the apartments above. This is not somewhere I would recommend the list gos on. There is also a Pet fee which I understand in usual situations but given the state of the place it's a joke. Honestly avoid!

The location was good

I didn't stay at the property. The property was tiny. The pictures were so deceptive and I felt claustrophobic.

Location convent to town and beach, night life etc everything in the door step. Slight issue with sleeping arrangements as blue up was broken could also do with mattress topper for sofa bed. Other than that perfect for short break.

Proximity to central

Bedroom too small. Bed was against wall

There was a used condom in the plant that was spotted by a teenager that stayed in the property. I have pictures of this. Due to this fact i expect some kind of refund.

Cleanliness, decor. It's well positioned for our purposes.

Some noisy neighbours at night.

Very clean and has everything you need nice secure flat and quiet considering how close you are to the town really enjoyed our stay very friendly landlord and let us take our puppy. Thankyou we will be back
