"Great location"

The location is very handy for the train station and the beach. Each only 10mins walk away. Main high street only 5 mins walk away. Also the flat is quiet and away from noisy streets.

"Potentially a fantastic place and rental but could be perfect once the estate is complete"

The upcoming apartment itself is actually lovely but what ruined it is the estate in which its situated in... As someone with mental health issues and terrible anxiety/nervousness and a victim of sexual and physical violence I needed somewhere to relax, feel safe and unfortunately it was not the case

The rental is (in my opinion) is not yet ready... while the apartment is more than worth the price it's expensive for what it is while within an estate that is in the middle of a massive refurb... because of all the ongoing work it's difficult to navigate ur way around and the noise and the amount of people constantly prevented any chance to relax and enjoy the experience
