Beautiful Brighton Apartment, 5min walk to beach

Great location and apartment was easy to find.

On arrival first thing I noticed was sofa bed wasn't made up even though booked for three people. The bathroom had rubbish in cupboard under sink, long hairs on bed and floor, picture missing in lounge just black tape on wall where it was. Empty beer can left and generally not very clean, had to clean sides and bathroom. Stains also on bed.

Functional, central location, spacious enough for 4 people if required.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Location is just perfect. Close to all the main areas. And the communication with the host was great. John was really helpful giving us lots of advice and he was very flexible as well regarding checking in/out hours which made our trip much easier.

address hard to find and key box not labelled when finally found it address needs to be clearer as its not number 10 its a block of buildings. room great just needed a floor mat for bathroom as we used a towel instead simple thing to resolve

Direction to show where the lock box is, if a vehicle is parked in the parking space in front.

Newly renovated lovely apartment!

The only downside and that is very small is you get the floor very wet when using the shower. Could do with a better screen

Great location. Literally 5 minutes walk to beach. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around.

Parking can be a bit challenging.
