Hilton Garden Inn Kota Kinabalu Tuaran

I truly enjoyed the beautiful view and great location of the resort. Despite being short-staffed, the hospitality from reception counter was warm and genuine. Special thanks to our buggy driver who was exceptionally friendly and helpful his cheerful attitude made our stay more pleasant. I also enjoyed the night fireflies mangrove boat rides.

The resort appeared understaffed during our stay. Despite our request, no buggy was provided upon arrival, and we were told staff were on leave. At breakfast, only one staff member was seen clearing tables, leaving us to sit at an uncleared one. The dinner buffet was limited with no à la carte options, making the price unreasonable. After dinner, even after informing the front desk about my elderly parents, our request for transport was initially declined due to limited staff and high demand which I find very unprofessional way of handling by front counter without even trying. I went out and personally ask for help to the buggy driver who just arrived when we walked out and he was happy to help us. Hope they will improve this in future.

The facilities such as pool and room is very good. It is safe and comfortable for kids.

Restaurant not open 24hours especially for the resort that at isolate place and check in is so late. We wait for more than one hour even we arrived on time.

It was very comfortable and the staff was great. It’s very nice for a relaxing holiday, with good food and offers for tours into the mangrove. The bar is nice with a very nice bartender. Everybody did their best to let us have a nice stay. There are old complaints on the internet, but they do not fit the present resort, which as it seems has been redone completely. We can only recommend the place.

The bar was occupied by out of tune wailing karaoke tourists, thinking they were stars. It was not possible to be there after dinner.

Tak boring stay sini sebab boleh jogging awal pagi. Kawasan dia sangat luas dan ada laluan disediakan juga. Boleh Naik bot tengok firefly waktu malam, boleh berenang di swimming pool, boleh healing tepi pantai atau pegi gym.

Room is run down. The roof is leaking when it is raining and power outages.

The place its so so relaxed.

Please improve on ur reception counter. During check in OMG i have to wait quite long, long queue and the staff kinda in a mess. I assume not enuf staff..pls pls improve on that
