Hotel Tela Plaza A family Hotel Near IGI Airport Delhi

Nothing was likeable. Food was ok. Toilets & room were clean though.

Bad rooms, had to change room as the walls were wet posing risk to health. Had to repeatedly request and wait for atleast an hour for room service. Zero hospitality and no concern for the issues faced by guest. Pictures of room don't match the standard of room. It was mentioned that one would be given electric blanket but nothing. All the amenities written on the page of the hotel were non-existent.

They charged more than what was shown during booking. Room was not clean, no towels were given, geyser was not working

The hotel charged me more than the amount which i booked by booking.com. Also at first they told to us no room is available then they send to another nearby hotel, there the room was in 6th floor without lift. So i denied to stay there. Then finally they agreed in the same hotel but they charged approximately 50% more amount than i booked. i paid , becuase there is no other way. i was with family. It is totally wrong. I will never recommend this hotel again to anybody. Breakfast is very poor food

They charged approx double price as i have booked on booking.com So i will send both details to reimburse that money. They are breaking terms and conditions. I don’t know why you have this type of hotels on your sight. I wasted my time to call your team but no solution. Thanks

I was charged double than I was quoted. Place is not accessible, room condition was worst, no water pressure, no hot water. Breakfast included in the price have no menu choice, you have to eat what they offer like a jail. There is no restaurant on the property. You have to ask for any amenities. Shower gel containers were empty. When asked, they just added water. This hotel should be removed from your list. It is advertised as 4 star. It should be-00000 stars.

The front office agent was rude. I chose this hotel because it saus that breakfast is free but they start serving breakfast at 9am, my flight was at 11 so I had to.leae at 8am. It also says free airport transfer, the rude agent told me that it was a mistake, there's no free transfer. It's a scam! I checked the facilities of the room and it says balcony, bath, hot and cold shower- not true. I called front desk to inform them that there's no hot water in the shower, no one came. It was a horrible experience.

I had booked the hotel for a fixed amount but on arrival the reception staff asked me to pay double the amount. He said that the amount shown on Booking.com is half price. As it was late in night I had no option but to pay twice the amount. The staff also insisted on the amount to be paid in cash only. There were all kind of shady activities going on in the hotel.
