Charming, Bright, Hilltop Apartment.

Flat was lovely and clean and very welcoming 🙂 Had everything you needed. Close to a local paper shop and not too far from the centre.

Only issues was that the plug socket on the right side of the bed (closest to the wall) wasn't working so couldn't use the lamp or charge my phone whilst in bed. That side of the bed also creaked very loudly with any movement.

It was such a lovely apartment to be in

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend stay for two people. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There is a nice walk over West Hill into the Old Town but unless you're very young and fit you would need to get a taxi back up because of the hill. There is a convenience store at the corner of the road and a pub a five minute walk away.

I would have rated this property as Excellent for comfort on all points but I rated it good because of the sofa and pillows on the bed. The sofa was very tired and a bit uncomfortable and the one set of pillows on the bed were very flat so an extra set of pillows would have been appreciated. But apart from those two small points we had a lovely stay.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the check was very smooth even though we arrived late. We had a lovely weekend stay, thank you so much!

Property was super cozy and clean with a great location. Had everything you needed to prepare meals and a shop was only located down the road. Useful information was available in the property. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothing. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Wasn’t anything to dislike

It was clean and tidy, there was enough room for us two, it was easily accessible, I liked the fact there was a tea towel, dish cloth, sponge ,hand soaps, washing up liquid and a bath mat, if I had known I would not have bought my own.

The bed was very low and I'm afraid it was uncomfortable for me, I had trouble trying to close the curtains as they got stuck on the corners and the bedroom one came apart and I couldn't reach it to fix it, sorry. The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable and we realised it was a sofa bed so we pulled it out so we could make ourselves more comfortable with the cushions, I hope you don't mind, I don't know if you realised but your mugs plates and some cutlery were not clean so had to be washed before used, also you have a coffee and sugar containers on the shelf which the coffee has gone off and dried at the bottom of the jar and the sugar has coffee gradually in it, the last thing I'm sorry to point out but your seal on your fridge is spilt and there is a nasty looking dark stuff inside it which is not hygienic and also it is very noisy for some reason. Despite this it did not ruin our stay and we would be happy to stay again if you would have us.

The location was excellent, as well as the facillities.

Perfect for solo or a couple for a few nights!
