"Een ruwe diamant die nog moet geslepen worden"

De ligging is fantastisch Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen Huisje heeft alles in huis om er iets prachtig van te maken maar moet nog wat afwerking hebben zoals airconditioning en wat opfrissen meubels/bedden

Proximité et vue sur la mer.

La propreté n' est pas a la hauteur, les odeurs sous l'évier pas top, l état intérieur extérieur du lieu necessite une grosse remise a niveau, la maison devait être très bien il y a quelques années.... Toiles d'araignées trop présentes. Aucun éclairage sur le chemin pour le soir, dangereux. Parking pas pratique.... La lumière de la terrasse et intérieur notamment salle de bain est trop faible. Ne convient pas avec des enfants. Maison avec un beau potentiel, mais aucun entretien sérieux ne semble être réalisé. Équipements cuisine a renouveler. Literie pas confortable. Dommage le lieu pourrait être très intéressant.

Schitterende plek als je van privacy houdt. Mooi ruim huisje met uitzicht op zee en grote buitenruimte met veranda. Soort privéstrand. Restaurant en parkeerplaats net naast de buitenruimte. Prima bed en leuke inrichting. Wij waren er in september en in Diakopto is er dan niet heel veel te beleven. Wel het treintje naar Kalavrithi.

Helaas geen airconditioning en hoewel het een koel huis is hebben we de fans s'nachts vol aan gehad.

This was a lovely and charming villa - very private and in an excellent location with direct beach access. There is a lot of space and amenities. It was a truly relaxing space and would be nearly perfect if it had air-conditioning.

The villa was very hot during summer, making it difficult to sleep comfortably without air-conditioning. Additionally, the lighting was quite dim and dark.
