Owner friendly property was nice lovely location

Nothing really

If you are looking for a place right at the beach with no neighbours, you should book this wonderful and cozy house. The garden has many fruits, the only „noise“ you can here are the waves and the mountains have lots to offer. The owner is very nice and available for any question.

The Villa is located just by the sea - an amazing location. Great for a peaceful vacation. Alina was a perfect host and managed to solve quickly an unexpected problem we had.

The location is fabulous; quiet, private and on top of its own beautiful beach. The villa was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom.

The lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms is very dim

Very peaceful, just what we needed. Privacy of the small beach next to the house.

Double bed in the main bedroom has a completely ruined matress. After two nights I was in such pain that I could no longer sleep there. Some complimentary coffee would have been nice upon arrival but there was none. The kitchen was filled with huge pots only. Check out was until 11. At 10:50 as we were getting ready to leave, the cleaning lady appeared. We did not appreciate that one bit. If I have until 11 to check out, I do not want to see anyone arriving there before that time.

Great location and excellent beachfront property.

The Diakopto town could be better maintained.

Quite an oasis with the waters of the Corinthian Gulf quite literally on the doorstep, less than twenty yards and you're at the waters edge. Despite the closeness to the small town of Diakopto one feels the peaceful isolation quite profoundly, almost like a little island. The house has a rustic charm unlike most one finds today and in Alina one has a wonderful friendly and helpful hostess. The sunrise over the sea each day was worth the visit in itself.

As some others have said, the patio chairs could do with some renovation, as we were there during the recent storms in Greece the patio area did get a little water logged but there are brooms and mops on site so a little bit of effort in the mornings sorted it.

The villa was right on the beach with a nice kitchen and bathroom.

Chairs were all broken, fridge was not clean, and cutlery had jam on it. Parking provided was not sensible.
