Spacious Stylish Apartment with Two Bedrooms, near Mall

The flat was clean, all aircons were working well, beds are comfy,  good supply of hot water in the bathrooms, water pressure is good. There is hot and cold water dispenser which is great.  The flat is a 4 minute walk to Ayala Malls which has a big supermarket, several restaurants, clothing stores etc. Overall a good stay, though, at P12,200 (for 2 nights), was a bit pricey in my opinion.

The flat is dated. The toilet flush in one of the 2 bathrooms was broken. There was 1 wobbly dining chair and another chair had a broken leg and had a broken piece of wood sticking out on the back bit. Kitchen and bathroom sink had thick watermarks throughout, same with the shower attachments and taps. The masters bedroom could do with black out curtains as the sun shine comes through the current thin curtains, it wakes you up early in the morning. The wall clock was dead, (probably just needed a new battery), but gives the impression that attention to detail is lacking in the place.

One of the showers was not functional. Lack of supplies (towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies). Entertainment on TV is minimal.

Prime location within walking distance to Ayala Center. The unit was cozy and wifi connection was excellent.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms ( a little dated but better than many I’ve experienced). Well equiped kitchen and living space w/ balcony. Washing machine was helpful after 2 weeks of travelling around cebu!

Thus was in the most convenient area, a walk across the road to a supermarket and large department store. The food options for lunch and dinner were extensive. The staff at the front door were so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Highly recommend.

Everything is great here. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and love helping. I didn't meet the staff actually. We only communicated online, but they always responded quickly. Also, the condo has washing machine. There’s a drying rack on the balcony, and there are over a dozen hangers in the closet. The night view from the room window is beautiful. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. :)

It'd be great if they offer free breakfast. I couldn't find the laundry detergent anywhere.
