"Herausragendes Ambiente"

Super Lage in der City. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Altes Gebäude mit viel Charme, die Wohnung aber modern ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, hohe Decken und mit komplettem Haushalt. Hartböden durchweg. Haus liegt immerhin zur Seite hin in Sackgasse. Tolle Balkonterrasse. Beschreibungen zutreffend. - "Diego" als Vermittlerperson äußerst zuverlässig und sehr vermittelnd und sehr hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Lagebedingt bei offenen Fenstern zwangsläufig laut, da nach vorne gelegen. Aber immerhin 3. Etage. Und Fenster modern schallgedämmt.

Geweldig groot en comfortabel appartement met een heel fijn dakterras! Locatie bevindt zich midden in het centrum van de bruisende stad Catania. Eigenaar Diego is erg behulpzaam.

El alojamiento es exactamente como se describe en el anuncio y en las fotos. La estancia fue perfecta: la cama muy cómoda, el espacio luminoso, limpio y muy bien cuidado. No falta de nada, incluso nos dejaron de cortesía agua, algo de fiambre, café y pan, un detalle muy agradecido. Nuestro anfitrión, Diego, estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto en todo momento. Además, hicimos con él la excursión al Etna y no podríamos estar más satisfechas, fue una experiencia inolvidable. También optamos por el servicio de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto, que resultó muy cómodo y organizado. En definitiva, todo fue perfecto. Recomendamos totalmente este alojamiento y a Diego como anfitrión. Sin duda, volveremos en cuanto podamos.

Todo fue de mi agrado.

La casa es preciosa, el dueño nos dejó comida en la nevera , está muy bien equipada , la recomiendo al 100%

L'appartement est très grand et parfait pour 4. Les espaces sont spacieux, propres et bien aménagés. L'emplacement est en plein centre ville.

C'est un peu bruyant mais comme mentionné, c'est en plein centre ville

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, com certeza da para ir com um grupo maior de pessoas, também bem montado, tudo é muito bonito, achamos mais bonito pessoalmente do que as fotos do anuncio! Bem localizado e a menina que nos recebeu foi súper simpática!

Para quem tem problemas de mobilidade nao é indicado, ja que tem um lance de escadas de 56 degraus e temos que subir com as malas porque nao tem elevador. Os travisseiros não eram muito confortáveis. Só tem um banheiro na casa, mas como eramos um grupo de 3 isso nao foi um problema.

Diego was amazing, he was so helpful and friendly and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The apartment is AMAZING. Fantastic location and so comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a brilliant stay in Catania.
