"Everything you need and more"

Everything you needed including all the little extras to make life easier with a child and dog in tow. Very clean and comfortable. Lou was so helpful and responsive.

"Great location, comfortable stay & thoughtful host"

Property was clean and comfortable and warm and in a great central location . Host was very helpful and exceptionally thoughtful in providing many extras - body wash, shampoo and even face cleanser and cotton wool as well as milk tea bags and snacks . Kitchen well equipped with nice quality crockery and great location

Worth being aware that the single room is off the double , although this wasn't a problem for us.

"Perfect location for our stay."

The location if the property was perfect.

The parking was a little tight but it is a residential street. The living room was a little uncomfortable there was not enough seating for us all. The garden was over grown and could have been tidier.

"A lovely stay."

Comfortable house, with ample room for 6 adults. Loved the spacious kitchen-diner and the decor. Selection of games offered was lovely. Christmas decorations were lovely - as were the complementary chocolates. Place was so clean. Hosts maintained excellent communication.

A minor point - the shared bathroom with only one toilet was tricky with 6 people staying. Anither toilet would make this place exceptional. Slow draining bath.

The house was absolutely perfect for our overnight stay on our cycling trip. Very Well furnished and equipped and located near lots of shops cafes and restaurants.

Great location just a couple of minutes from the high street pubs, restaurants, shops and artisan market. Clean, tidy, lovely little welcome pack. Comfy beds, good storage… home from home.
