Alps Serenity Retreat - Wanaka

Nice apartment, warm, clean and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood.

Light over the door to be able to see the lock numbers in the dark. Fair distance from Wanaka town.

Quite spacious, and two bathrooms were good. Comfortable beds.

Missed the mark in attention to detail. Warped frypan, only 4 coffee pods for a 3 night stay, broken door handle to bathroom, no streaming service, no clothes rack (website said it’s included), no supplies (I.e paper towel, cling wrap, tissues) that we had at other properties in a similar price range.

Very modern and clean, all kitchen appliances, condiments and utensils provided. Good number of towels. Great tv app options. Handy location. Good communication from host.

No opening window in bedroom 2 made for very hot and uncomfortable sleep every night for one couple. Unable to cool room down and no airflow.

Pretty good, nicely made.

Kitchen utensils are not enough for family of four.

Location. It was very convenient and there is a pub within walking distance and a quick stop grocery as well. Felt like we were the first ever renters.
