Alps Serenity Retreat - Wanaka

De accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Het appartement was heel schoon en had een grote keuken met alle benodigdheden. Ook de TV was erg groot en beschikte over Netflix.

De bedden waren matig. Anders was de beoordeling een tien geweest.

Good facilities and comfortable beds.

It wasn't very clean. When we arrived both of the showers had hair in them and one of the drains was full of black hair. There was dust on the fridge freezer. All of the pans for cooking were filthy and we had to soak one over night before we could use it. Very small bins for a multi day stay.

Entry code a little frustrating, did not work well.

Very comfortable stay - apartments was spotless, bed is super comfortable and you have a full modern kitchen at your disposal. The owners have clearly thought about details in the kitchen as there was every tool you would expect to find.

A small issue - in the en-suite bathroom there appears to be a construction issue with the showerhead which means it’s not secured to the wall. As long as you don’t bump it, it works.

Absolutely loved our 5N here. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was our fave place in NZ!! If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate.

Nothing

We had a few issues on arrival with the battery in our key coded door knob. But that was quickly sorted by your staff and Harley made sure things were all set before he left.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing that I could say is that there was nothing to hang clothes on to dry, no clothes horse etc. The little plastic hanger didn’t really work but this is being picky. The unit had everything. The linen and towels were great, the lounge was cosy and inviting and it was warm inside after a cold day out. I would 100 percent stay here again with my family. This was the best unit by far this trip.

The bed was very comfortable. The entire place was spotless and we had everything we could need and more.
