Grace's home

We recently spent two nights in a beautiful flat in Bellano, near Lake Como, and had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment itself was fantastic – clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of Lake Como. Waking up to that view was truly special. What made the stay even more memorable were the hosts, Antonio and Grace – a warm and welcoming father-daughter duo. Despite our late check-in at 8 PM, they greeted us with smiles, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a tour of the apartment. Their hospitality was incredible – they even left us toasts and jam for breakfast, a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. When we asked about the check-out time, they told us it was flexible, showing how much they genuinely care about the comfort and convenience of their guests. The location in Bellano is also ideal. It's quieter and more peaceful than some of the more popular towns like Varenna or Bellagio, yet still very well connected. Even without a car, it’s easy to explore other parts of Lake Como via the ferry from the nearby pier. All in all, this was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como, and we would absolutely love to return someday!

Amazing view and such a nice host. Antonio is the best. Close to the city center and Bellano is much more peaceful than its neighbor Varenna. We are definitely coming back!

Stunning view from the balcony. Even on a rainy day, the view was spectacular. The host is very friendly. Car parking is convenient. The apartment had all the essentials needed to stay one night, including an iron. It was indeed a comfortable stay.

The elevator goes up till the third floor but the apartment is on the fourth floor. So one flight of stairs with bags is manageable.

Friendly and helpful host, Antony. Small apartment but had everything we needed for a 2 day stay. A C x2 helped with heat. They were a must with such a sunny position. Good views. Good parking Great to have a washing machine.

Need a car for getting down to town. The walk back up is a bit too much. Not much to not like.

Everything about the property is great! It’s filled with all the necessary amenities, has beautiful views from the balcony, and is located within walking distance to the ferry station, train station, and just central Bellano in general.

Starting from extra welcoming host, ending with exceptional cleanliness, this place felt like home! The view from balcony is spectacular, the apartment is very cosy and warming. Just 5 minutes by train from Varenna, it is worth it!

Only stayed one night but it felt like home. This cozy apartment has two completely private balconies with incredible views. We had absolutely everything we could ever need (washing detergent, umbrella, cooking oil, playing cards). You can even see the lake and snow capped mountains from the shower! We were lucky to have a hot sunny day and the main balcony was incredible, the sun is on it all afternoon and we even had some lovely little birds singing and flying around in front of us while we watched the boats on the lake. Bed was super comfy and we slept really well, the apartment is in a really peaceful spot.

The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is adorable and incredibly clean. You absolutely cannot beat the view from the balcony.
