GBWe had a 3 night stay in this fabulous apartment which we highly recommend. It is very well equipped and comfortable and has two terraces with amazing views across the lake. We were involved in an accident and the Host and his daughter went above and beyond in assisting us. We can never thank them enough for their kindness.

CAVery nice apartment with balcony views (lake). Antonio (host) was very helpful and welcoming. Private outdoor parking provided (free). Clean and comfortable. Nicely located in Bellano, up the hill but 6 minutes walking distance from the lake and ferry (center).
The Wifi connection was not perfect (on and off) but it's only a minor issue.

UMWe were a little later than we thought we would be arriving. Forgot to send an update to the owner. He was there however and was very nice and helpful. Even carried some of our luggage up to the room. The apartment was fine for a one night pass through stay. Close to town and restaurants with a quick drive down the hill. Had dedicated parking not far away on a grass lot.
The apartment was functional for a short stay, but we would not want to stay there for a lot of days. It is on the upper floor and tucked into the roof. The patio had a high front wall due to the adjacent roof line and limited any view from a sitting position. Great view while standing up!
GBThe view! Hands down the best view I’ve had at any accommodation. You can see the lake, the mountains, the town and even a waterfall! The apartment has everything you could need and more. There are two very powerful ACs and on a hot summer day each one works like magic! Also there are radiators in each room so if it was winters I visited in I’m sure I would’ve said they kept us warm. The host & his family were so warm & welcoming. Antonio picked us up from the station, he was responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is self is a 12ish min downhill walk and then all you’re in Bellano town centre, the ferry station is very close as well.
ITVery clean, has everything for a comfortable stay and a very friendly and pleasant owner of the apartment. Everything is very close and there is plenty to see and eat. Nearby is a beautiful beach with a swimming pool. We will return here again with pleasure.
The only thing that upset me was that we couldn't find an iron. But that didn't spoil the whole experience
DEGrace's home has everything you need for a pleasant stay at Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and well equiped and offers a free parking spot in the near. The host Antonio was very nice and helpful, he suggested us to visit a location Orrido di Belano that is located 5 min from the building and turned out to be amazing. Very much recommended!
GBA charming little apartment with a fabulous view over the lake in a very quiet location. It is a bit of a walk, up steps, from the town but nothing that should bother a reasonably fit person. As a bonus it is very close to the Orrido gorge, which is well worth a visit. The host is friendly and very helpful (no English but decent French)
