The interior and location was spot on

Great view and great location. Lots of space in the living area. There is also a nice balcony to relax on.

There where quite a few things that could have been better. We enquired about checking in early and were told we could check in at 12 if we paid an extra 25quid so that a cleaner could come early to prepare the place on time, they went on to emphasise that they didn't make any money from this, it was just for an extra cleaner to prepare it early. Fair enough but they told us this at 12.15 so it was obviously already prepared whether we paid or not; we did not appreciate this tactic designed to squeeze more money out of us. With regards to the rooms, the TV and the sofa are very far apart and there's a large glass table in the middle of the room which makes viewing it from the sofa impossible. One of the bedrooms did not have any bedside lights or light switches. If you're in the backroom there is no internet signal. Also make sure to connect to the WiFi extender and not the gateway router. The extender is not configured correctly and must be connected to separately rather than working as a mesh.

The property was close to the sea front but quite a walk from the town centre. You can see the pier from the property and hear the sea crashing onto the pebbled beach which was lovely to see and hear. The property itself was nice but we unfortunately wouldn’t say luxurious.

The beds were very uncomfortable, every time you moved, the springs sprung. There were no mattresses toppers on or even any covers, which unfortunately showed stains. We couldn’t open the bigger window in one of the bedrooms due it being closed, so had to use the smaller side window to let air in. The kitchen tap was leaking, which, if not caught, leaked all over the sides. Storage in bedrooms not easily accessible, very small and tight. Coats had to be hung on back of chairs due to nowhere to hang them. The flat below us played loud music until midnight most nights, which wasn’t pleasant. The main entrance into the property wasn’t not the best, the front garden not kept in order and once you enter the property there’s a bicycle in the way of the stairs, making it difficult to get passed with bags.

Location was brilliant with a great view of the pier.

Beach front. Close to all the amenities and Brighton pier. The property is safe and very clean . Team is very responsive. Couldn't expect more. Enjoyed the whole stay with family. Would book again.
