The pool area was great.

Getting a tee time as a non member was hard.

The staff was extremely accommodating with our room requests and changes. We loved having the pool facility right outside our back door.

The buildings and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pools are sparkling clean, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate several times at the restaurant and the cafe, and both were excellent. Breakfast was particularly delicious, with generous portions. The property is quiet and relaxing. We would stay here again.

The hot water in our room (#8) ran out after one shower, so we had to wait some time for enough hot water for the second shower. One of the days, I decided to instead try the showers at the locker room. Alas, I let the hot water run for several minutes and it was still ice cold, so I gave up. The next day, my husband tried the men's locker room shower and he reported that he finally got hot water after letting it run for a full FIVE minutes. It's a shame that such an exemplary property has such dismal hot water - and particularly in a town famous for its hot springs! I hope they get it fixed so guests don't have to wait around for the water to get hot or settle for cold showers - or no showers.

Loved it all! Pool is awesome! Two big hot tubs with different heat. Rooms were great! Cafe and Restaurant!!! Tennis and pickle ball! Maid (Lupe) was great! All workers were sweet and friendly. I finally got to have Christmas with my family and I can’t imagine a better place to have been. I highly recommend this wonderful place. 💜🎶
