GBGreat location with easy access to the city. Dedicated parking which can be hard to get on a city break.
Some instructions on the heating, asked to turn it down when leaving but no thermostat or instructions for the electric heaters so left as found.
GBIt was very close to town, less than a ten minute walk. Unexpected duck race going on the river Dee, the atmosphere was so good.
Patio doors. No key provided, so couldn’t use the patio which would have been lovely after a full day before going out in the evening. Few things with property, but have let them know.
GBIt is a beautiful apartment and very quiet considering it is on a very busy road. Within easy walking distance the city centre. Appreciated the youtube video of how to find access to the premises car park. Would struggle to find it without the video. Management team were very helpful. Nicely decorated.
There were issues with recently installed heaters. Also, a couple of cleanliness issues. These were reported to the management team. The heating issues were sorted while we were there so should be good for future visitors. Management team promised to look into cleaning issues and address a couple of safety issues we could see.
GBThe Location.
For starters there was no map or explanation of how to get to the car park location. Everywhere is double yellow lines for no parking, If it was not for a lovely lad that was working on the building explaining how to get to it we would still be looking for it. Once inside the property on first glance looks lovely, yet no welcome pack on how to use the heaters, WIFI, maps for directions into the town, or attractions, or nearest shops or takeaways, phone numbers to hand for help or emergencies. A plaque in the hall way with numbers that no ones answers, even the paper work I got sent through was premium rate numbers again that was never answered. Once I had got through to say I was not happy the number that rang us through our holiday stay away was a number that was never given in the first place. After over 24 hours in the place they then rang or texted to say they would send a cleaner straight round!!! Really also then sent the WIFI code!!! Really. Doors that led on to a patio, of which why I booked so we could sit outside to have a coffee or drink on night in the fresh air, had no keys so could not be used all the stay and the curtains on the doors didn't cover the whole door so when the sun shone through it was blinding you in the main room, had to move furniture to sit on away from being blinded. On trying to search for the welcome pack A large vase in the room was used as a rubbish bin from previous people and not cleaned. The cooker, microwave, toaster all dirty, glasses and cups had lip marks on them, the shower screen still had water marks on from previous people. The mattress in the Double room just sank to the floor, and the lamp in the corner for night time!!! You would get more light from a candle. Once again couldn't put heating on a night, no instructions, so we sat in room watching TV with the quilts wrapped round us!!! The outside of the building is over grown and the path is just full of bird droppings, which can't be healthy.

Couldn’t open patio doors, not enough glasses for number of guests, no central heating so had to rely on electric heaters.
GBLovely property, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Hosts were very responsive and immediately attended to a minor issue we had on arrival.
A minor issue but the bulbs in the lamps could have been brighter as rooms were quite dim once main lights were turned off.
ESLa limpieza y la decoración del alojamiento en general. Es un apartamento muy agradable en un entorno muy tranquilo y cerca del centro. Es bastante amplio. El anfitrión es muy amable y cordial.
El colchón del sofá es muy fino y el colchón de la cama de matrimonio se hunde bastante.
GBLocation is perfect. Decor and facilities all good.
Not having a key to the patio doors, felt like a fire risk not being able to get out. Minor thing, but Windows needed cleaning. Beds dreadful, felt all springs and noisy to move. And not spotless, crumbs under the dining table and toilet was not clean under the seat and at the back.
GBLovely 2 bed apartment, close to the centre. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.
