Free carpark and friendly host with quick response. House is cozy and the retro fridge is cute. Thoughtful host prepared snacks, coffee, tea for guests. Ample towels given.

It was a little tough to locate the building with GPS. Maybe a sign can be put up or a map that marks out the more significant buildings will be useful. The ceiling is low and many nooks n corners in the house. Layout makes the place feels smaller than it is. Mugs were old need to be replaced. Hope to have plastic cups for children to use too. There is no hair curler when I was there. Beds were good but tatami mats/beds need to get used to.

The hotel is well-equipped — all the expected amenities were available, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

However, it's worth noting that the elevator does not go directly to all floors. Guests may need to walk up or down half a flight of stairs, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Super cosy and well equipped. Has a coffee machine as well for coffee lovers, made my morning! Smart tv with streaming services available and a beautiful tatami living room. The host came down really quickly when the access card wasn’t working when I tried to check in. Thank you so much for the prompt aid!

Super comfortable and beautiful with tatami mat living room! Well equipped with everything u would need even with a smart tv and even a hair curler! Really thoughtful host who checked on us to see if we need anything as we were staying for quite a few nights. Place was really near the station and super convenient with a supermarket and convenient store nearby.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A supermarket is nearby, so you won't have to worry about food. If we have a chance to visit Kumamoto, we will stay here again.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities one needs. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Can only recommend.

Location near to train station

Bedrooms cramped with no cupboard to hang clothes. One cupboard there was locked reserved for staff. The side of one bed is touching a cupboard so be careful that you don't turned and hit your hand against it. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the sound of the others walking due to the material used for the floor. You need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs to reach the lift and another flight of stairs at the lift landing to reach the unit.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, apartment was clean and cosy. The hosts were sincere and responded very quickly when we needed help. Before we arrived, they helped us setup the futons on the tatami for our kids. The parking lot is also convenient, just by the entrance of the building. Just a little drawback, the elevator is up a flight of stairs, so the luggages need to be hauled up for a bit. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would come back again!
