The apartment is pretty much as depicted

The towels smell like shampoo and have a film on. They did not seem like they’ve been washed. The mattress wasn’t really a mattress. It was a piece of foam that was too soft for a bed. They imply that the place is a hotel with services. But you have to pick up the entry key from a key box and put it back yourself. Also the 11 o’clock checkout was not appreciated. Also, the futons look dirty
