The Astra Luxury Condo in Town

I didn't like any of it, I didn't even unpack my bag, & pleaded for a refund but my messages was ignored, very expensive place & very small

Swimming pool & gym are too small, too many people in the complex so can not gain access to use equipment or a sun lounger, apartment too small, get lost trying to find the gym at the beginning as so big & you have to use a certain elevator to get there. no welcome coffee sachet, no welcoming, key was left in a safe box,

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, die Wohnung insgesamt schon abgewohnt, das Bett ungemütlich.

The location was perfect, was easy to walk to different locations.

The condo itself was clean but the liens were not. After resting on the bed for 30mins I started to have an allergic reaction. And it kept getting worse, I reached out to booking.com and the owners of the property to ask for a refund since we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The fact that no one was willing to refund (partial or full) me for the stay that I wasn’t able to use and still charged me the cancellation fee. I would never book with Astra condo and never recommend them either.

Manque un peu d’entretien et la carte d’accès aux locaux commun notamment la piscine et les ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas

The host despite minor things not too concerning contacted a cleaning ladies to ship my 2 jackets that I forgot in the room and only realised when was already in Krabi and indeed I received the delivery of my clothes for a small amount paid. I thought my clothes were gone
