Las escaleras son horribles incomodas llegas sin poder respirar

This property is ideally located for hen and stag parties as it is in the middle of nightclubs and bars. The night club next door played music til 4am excellent for the party goer. The street it’s located on has interesting views.

The smell from the toilets/shower drains was ok once the windows were left open.

The location was great. The flat had everything that we needed. Two bathrooms, one en-suite, was a bonus.

Location was fantastic , really close to restaurants, bars , supermarkets , beach and marina. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay.

I have no negatives about this property.

The apartment was in an excellent condition. Although small it was clean and very functional with everything we needed. The location was perfect as everything we wanted to see and do in Alicante was within walking distance. The communication from the hosts was also excellent, with an early check in which was really helpful.

There appears to be an issue with clarity re booking. We thought we had booked the apartment with a sun terrace, but instead had 2 small balconies which were too small to sit out on. This seems to be an issue others have had. There is also a club at the end of the block with loud music until 2/3 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Excellent old town location, hosts were really helpful, apartment was nice with comfy beds and outdoor terrace.

Nothing. It's quite noisy on a Fri/sat night but this is because the location is so good near bars and restaurants.
