If you are one of those who enjoys tranquility, we advise you to come from Sunday to Thursday and if, on the contrary, you like to enjoy the nightlife, the weekend is the ideal time to come. Please note that the building is an old structure that has been fully refurbished. We have kept the original stairs and do not have a elevator. The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, which may be a factor to consider for elderly people, those with a lot of luggage or those with limited mobility.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Bylismy w 4 dorosłe osoby w apartemencie z tarasem. Mieszkanie bylo bardzo czyste. 5 minut od przystanku autobusowego z lotniska. Wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie wyposażone przedmioty, jedynie brakowało małych kieliszków, ale to nie problem. Schody wewnątrz klatki schodowej jak i na taras dosyć wąskie ale osoby standardowej postury spokojnie dadzą radę. Widok bardzo ładny. W apartamencie jest jedna łazienka, bez oddzielnej toalety, co czasami było kłopotliwe. Poza tym wszystko ok. Polecam!

Sehr schönes Apartment. Gut ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist super zentral und alles lässt sich zu fuß bewältigen.

Nice and clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Great location for restaurants, beach, exploring. Water in the fridge on arrival. Very good communication from host and very helpful.

Quite noisy on the weekend, one of the bedrooms was more quiet than the other. Ear plugs are available but could still hear the club music/parties. Sofa not very comfy.

Si vas con cochecito de bebé/ niños es complicada la escalera. No opaca todo lo lindo que tiene el alojamiento

"Lang leve het dakterras!"

Zodra de kamer klaar was mochten we er in, ook al was dat voor het normale uur. De valiezen mochten we ook al veel vroeger afzetten. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. Het appartement was heel gerieflijk proper, perfect! Wat een zalog dakterras! We waren er met ons zoontje van anderhalf jaar, tijdens dat hij sliep konden wij genieten op het dakterras. Perfecte locatie middenin het historisch centrum en toch rustig gelegen.

"Lovely apartment in a great location."

Great location with everything needed to have a good city break. Very easy access to the rest of Alicante on foot plus some great restaurants and bars near bar. Quite quiet as it’s on a smaller side street!

Only slight thing is that property photo shows roof terrace but we weren’t given that apartment which was slightly misleading. We liked our apartment though!

"Perfect stay."

Great communication from the owners. Ideal location. Property was clean and spacious and we loved the roof terrace. Comfortable beds and property had everything we needed.

Stairs to the penthouse are steep and narrow so wouldn't suit someone with reduced mobility.
