Peace tranquility conjoined with nature , hooting owls and Most definitely the dawn chorus

Lack of toilet paper and only sufficient Ugg milk for one hot drink but as I said to my partner I’d accept that every day of the week to stay in such a wonderful place

Host Howard was brilliant went above and beyond to help us very welcoming Bell tent was very cute bed was comfortable very pretty located

If I was being fussy then maybe some electric up the top

Staying at Bowhayes Farm was the best decision for our bank holiday weekend. We felt immensely looked after by the host Howard, had plenty of wood for our fires and received some great recommendations for walks and places to eat. The pitch, surrounded by an apple tree orchard, was so tranquil, the bathroom was immaculate and there even was a shower with multiple shower heads! This was without doubt the best Devon getaway we’ve ever had, and much of this was due to the genuine interest, warmth and care from the owners of the farm. Thank you for our lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

What could’ve been even better was if we didn’t need to leave! :)

Great location and felt quite private despite others around, the shower was hotel worthy and no problems with sharing as everyone was respectful not to hog. I did however expect some heating in the tent and we got quite chilly in the summer evenings in August so not too sure how it enjoyable it would be in autumn and winter.
