Good location with lots of restaurants and a really nice park, the house is well decorated, clean and comfortable.

The location is on a quiet street but close to public transport (both bus and train) and to the busy Lisburn Road with lots of shops and cafés, and also a park. I liked the plants (the live ones), the bird pictures on the walls and the bedspreads.

my dog could open all the doors - different handles and/or extra gates would be helpful (and throws/coverlets to protect furniture). A gate at the top of the stairs would be helpful also for humans as the stairs are quite steep. I found it very difficult to operate the tv and there were no instruction manuals for appliances such as tv and heating. I would not have been able to watch the tv at all if it weren't for the help of the landlord. The reason I said access was difficult is that the lockbox code was different from the one I had gotten from booking com; I had to ring the landlord to get the correct code. Fortunately he was immediately available.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Well organised. Good communication.

Quality of cutlery, lack of cutting board, noise from train.

Property was very clean and the hosts were very easy to contact. Overall very enjoyable stay! It’s called the cosy house for a reason 👍
