Cosy House, Lisburn Road

Close to everything and had everything you would need

The location was perfect it was close to where I needed to go such a lovely house very comfy and so clean. I would definitely recommend this place to someone to stay and I definitely would stay here again myself

I had a outpatient appointment in Kingsbridge, so it was perfect for me, 10 minutes walk to the hospital, with a 10 minute walk (in the opposite direction) to the nearest train station and a single stop to Grand Central Station. Likewise, close to various cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores, with all the usual mod cons. I have considerable back pain (hence the appointment), so while the bed didn't set my world on alight, I didn't wake up with any unexpected pain either. It was pretty close to that goldilocks zone, not too stiff, not to soft

The house backs directly onto the train line, but the trains taper off significantly after 9.30 pm or so. The bedroom to the back of the house didn't have a bedside table, nor were there any plug sockets close to the head of the bed, so it was awkward trying to charge my phone and watch. There were a couple at the foot, so an extension cable/adapter and bedside table would've solved this easily. Likewise, there were no towels in the rooms or bathroom, save for a hand towel (and the 1 time I don't bring a towel of my own!). I did find some in the laundry room, but wouldn't have even known about it if I weren't curious.

Very homey, neat and clean place to stay. Definitely would recommend it and go again.

Nothing. The hosts were very patient and helpful sorting out the heating.

The accommodation was ideal picked key up with passcode at the door, had such a nice stay was like a home from home. The walk to the Main Street was seconds and the neighbourhood was soo quiet bar the train passing by which didn’t bother me, I enjoyed the novelty of watch in it from the living room and bedroom. The people around were so friendly parking was easily available on the street. We were lovely and warm heating when required at the press of a button.
