SHELL RESIDENCE C1 shortwalk MALL OF ASIA NEAR AIRPORT

Unit is in an excellent location, MOA and stores close, but that is about it.

Where to start. I booked with this host because it was the only place I could find with two SEPERATE (this is important) units in the same building to host my family and guests. After booking I was send unit information for a (2) bedroom unit in a completely different building. When I inquired as to why I was told the Shell units are not available. I pushed and said I wanted to stay specifically in Shell because of its proximity to MOA and EDSA or to please refund the stay. They then said the units are now available. Check-in time is scheduled for 2PM. The first unit was not ready until after 3PM and the second until well after 7PM. We were told this was due to people checking out late. Why are people allowed to check out late delaying other people until 7PM when check-in is 2PM...? TV in second unit was completely broken and internet did not function in either room.

Close to everything, from the airport to MOA…etc

We’re a non smoker couple so we can smell cigarette scent inside.

no breakfast plus the location is not that really convenience for walking it takes u for awhile.

it would be better if u don’t need to walk that far just to get nice food!

The police was very dirty. The TV was not working. The kitchen was dirty. The toilet was dirty. The night was terrible. Shower was very dirty too. The room number was. do you remember the room number 929 I will not recommend you to send anyone to this room 7000+ pesos is absolutely ridiculous

The location is not too bad. The security is very good and very friendly. The lobby is fantastically, clean with good security. very nice swimming pool.

Literally nothing it was really bad experience . Maybe the only thing good about it is the location and that’s it

So bad really bad , not clean at all cockroach everywhere. Yet if you have a friend want to visit you it’s not allowed for him or her to enter your room.
