The cockroaches were good The Aircon was good

They had me booked at the shell then moved me to the shore last minute, farther from the airport. Had to scan passport, vaccination card and call the owner (no Filipino sim card) and of course when I arrive they still wanted passport, vaccine card and to call the owner. Why did I scan it then? Joke

poor quality of beddings very thin, wood slot is quite apart no plywood thus the thin foam pushthru the slot causes back ache. no available parking slot .

The unit is very nasty and they refused to give the refund. I did not stay in the unit. I indeed transferred to another hotel. It was a huge inconvenience. I was originally booked to the Shell Residence and the property sent an email that I will be transferred to another unit which was very nasty.

The property is not clean. I will not recommend that unit. I deserve a refund.
