AH Luxury Old Town

Siamo arrivati sul posto l’assistenza ci ha fornito di un codice per la cassettina con un unico chiave per l’appartamento lasciandoci per più di 1 ora al freddo e sotto alla pioggia con 4 bambine piccole senza risolverci il problema… costretti ad andare via e cercare altro e senza rimborsarci ancora ad oggi ne di 100€ di cauzione ne di 36 di tasse di soggiorno ne dell’affitto di 3 giorni… un truffa se così là si può chiamare…

Apartamento sucio. Una cama sin hacer, sábanas y toallas sucias que tuvimos que lavar nosotros. Tuvimos que hacernos la cama. Sillas rotas, muy rotas. Cortinas rotas y desmontadas. Elementos de vajilla solo para dos personas cuando la reserva era para cuatro Atención 24 hrs telefónica inexistente, no nos hicieron caso. He puesto una reclamación.

It was clean and warm

No curtains in 1 bedroom. Had to put a towel over to block light and for privacy. Very dangerous doing so as there was no safety features on the window. These opened fully and the property was 3 floors up. 1 set of curtains missing in the lounge. 1 bed wasn’t made up. Couldn’t get in the front door as no key provided first night. This was rectified the next day.

Tökéletes helyen van . Minden látnivaló séta távolságra van . Volt egy kis probléma a bejutással, azonnali segítettek. :) Kényelmesek az ágyak , hangulatos a lakás .

Kevesebb szék volt az étkezőasztalnál mint ahányan mentünk és nem volt mikró . De egyik sem volt nagy probléma .

Very comfortable and clean apartment

i liked that the property was clean

i didnt like the staff. they charged 25€ because we “did not throw out our trash”. where was we supposed to throw it? we left it clean and the waste was all gathered in one place in a bag so it could be easy for the staff to take it but they charged 25€ just because WE HAD NOWHERE to throw it. i am very disappointed for this.
