Bucket Jeonju - Foreigner only

Cute little place, very well located close to the historic places. The decoration is nice. There's a bathroom in the dorm and portable heaters. They are hairdryers, even hair straighteners. There's equipments in the kitchen to cook simple meals. Apparently you can have 1 free night if you leave a review (but I had already booked and paid for 2 nights).

No reception (self check-out), but you can still contact the owner on their phone number. No locker room to put the luggage before check-in or after check-out. Before I arrive, I asked if I could put my bag somwhere before the check-in, but they said that they normally don't allow it, but if I leave a good review, they would. Which I found strange and uncomfortable because I hadn't even seen the place yet, and I want to leave honest feedbacks based on my impression. After that, they still sent me the code for the dorm before 3pm, but I checked-in after, to avoid any misunderstanding. I saw a suitcase in the hallway though, so some people might do it. I don't think there was any cleaning done in my dorm for the 2 nights I stayed there, and the girls who were there before me said that it hadn't been done in a few days. The rubbish bin was full, so this could be improved. Also no one fault, but there was no hot water in the bathroom the first night I arrived, because I think a pipe burst due to the cold. Fortunately, there was hot water in the one and only bathroom outside of the dorm. The bathroom in the dorm could also use a sink, but it's quite small. No towels provided. Also I don't understand why it's "foreigners only", as it's always nice to meet local travelers.

The dorms were very nice! The beds were comfortable and each one had a lamp and charging port. There was also a full kitchen and places to sit and eat outside the dorms. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to messages, too!

Cute, quaint and full of personality in the middle of a beautiful town.

A very cutesy hostel, clean, and warm in the winter. The employees spoke good english and were very nice!

Please keep in mind that towels are not included - however that was no big problem as you can buy a small for 2k which you can keep.

Close to the historical center, gorgeous decoration, overall very clean and comfortable :)

Beautiful little place. Super clean, super nicely designed, love the common areas especially, floor heating... Just amazing for very affordable price.

They could add a towel to use... That's it.

amazing hostel with friendly staff and fun common areas :) though it was low season, my friend and i made many other friends during our stay here

didnt get to see any staff cleaning the rooms during our week long stay but cleanliness is not an issue !
