Really friendly staff who kept the space very clean. Plenty of bathrooms and showers to use and beds had curtains which was nice.

It's a really nice house with beautiful, lovely interior and floor heating in the common rooms. Bunk beds are a bit loud whenever you move, but definitely comfortable. There's a hammock outside and a little hollywood swing, perfect to chill if the weather lets you. Good location, convenience store and a cafe right around the corner, in walking time from Hanok Village and some hiking opportunities. You can buy shower towels there, but none for free use, which would be my only down point since I didn't bring one myself and had no more space in my luggage. Overall I had a great time and also got to meet a bunch of awesome people there.

- I appreciated that the staff member did his best to accommodate me — especially when there was a power outage and my original room wasn’t available. He even switched rooms with someone so I could have a more private space. - The interior is nicely decorated, giving it a cozy, homelike feeling — almost like staying at a grandmother’s house.

- The room was incredibly stuffy, and I couldn’t open the window to ventilate. I ended up needing to leave the door open for air circulation. -The water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The toilet also didn’t flush properly — there was no flushing sound at all. In my panic, I tried to fix it myself, which unfortunately made me late for an online appointment. Thankfully, it eventually flushed on its own. -While the staff member was helpful, responses to my messages were often delayed by a couple of hours, which made it difficult to resolve issues quickly. -Lastly, I saw a rat near the entrance, moving in and out of a hole repeatedly, going back and forth. It was quite unsettling.

I have kept extending the stay in the six male dorm day by day. As I have already written, I particularly liked the cosy liked home environment, the floor heating system, the possibility of using the kitchen with utensils, the freezer and refrigerator, the very central location. Recently I appreciated the fact there were few guests, the sound of the little water fountain in the living room, and the staff running the place who proposed and offered a home cooked dinner together.

The mattress is a bit too soft for me. I'd appreciate to have more space for luggage in the dormitory and a stronger light next to the bed.

Beautiful place, very chic and more like a boutique hotel than a hostel! Located right near the the old town centre, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The dorm was very comfortable and quiet. I had a wonderful stay here.

I particularly appreciated: kitchen and utensils, fridge and refrigerator, free cold hot water refill station, strong WiFi, dining room with table. Besides, the floor heating system, the cosy atmosphere, the design of the furniture, the house like setting, the small size. Plus, it's centrally located.

I was looking for an electric socket in the bathroom but I was unable to find it. The socket next to the bed was a bit wobbly. The bed mattress was a bit too soft for me.

The single greatest bathroom I have ever seen in a hostel. Friendly general manager, very clean and nice atmosphere.
