ITAmazing hostel and staff
USI really enjoyed my stay here and found the accommodation to be excellent value. The manager was friendly and always willing to help. The location was ideal—most attractions were within walking distance. Overall, a great choice for the price.

CNThe price is very reasonable and the location is very good, within walking distance of most places one may want to check out in the city. Free laundry machine (need to buy detergent) and kitchen are convenient.
The property was severely overbooked for four nights in a row, meaning that the manager knew about the situation but chose not to inform the guests beforehand. While I wasn't personally directly affected by the overbooking, that some guests had to sleep on the floor with no privacy meant that the otherwise beautifully decorated common areas were unavailable. There are no staff present, only a working holiday volunteer who cleans the place once a day. The manager only showed up when one night seven people had no beds and called him repeatedly to come up with a solution (which ended up being mattresses and blankets to sleep on on the floor). One can only hope they at least got their refund.
CAI arrived at the hotel and was put in a room with 9 other women, even though my reservation was for a 4-bed female room. When I asked about it on Booking.com, they didn't answer me. Incidentally, I had just arrived from Seoul after a long trip and needed to rest. Since they didn't answer, I called the number on the phone and was told that there was an overbooking and that they would refund me the difference. The fact is that I had booked a room for 4 because I wanted a room with 4 beds. If I had paid less, I would have booked the room with 8 beds, which was occupied by 9 (one of them on the floor). I asked about it and told them that I am a light sleeper and that was why I had booked a room with 4 beds, and that I probably wouldn't be able to rest because of that. It was then that the owner offered me 3 options: sleep in a 4-bed male room, sleep on the floor in the living room, or stay where I was. Whichever option I chose, he would refund my money in full for the inconvenience and nonsense. I decided to stay in the room with the other 9, after all I don't know which was worse, but to this day he hasn't given me back either the difference or the full refund he had promised. Don't believe anything they say, because they won't keep their word. I tried to contact them via chat several times and I also didn't get a response. I don't recommend it.
AUGreat for the price if you’re on a budget.
Beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms were unclean and no vanities to brush your teeth other than communal kitchen. The common area adjoined to my bedroom so it was very noisy until early hours of the night. Had to book alternative accommodation to get a good nights rest unfortunately.
MYThe location is quite good, walkable distance to Hanok village.
Dirty, some facilities like door lock need to be repaired. Overbooked happened to other guests but the manager didn’t perform actions earlier.
USNice location and great place to meet lots of other people.
The property was overbooked and many people including myself had to sleep on the floor. There is also little to no ventilation for the rooms and bathrooms so it was constantly sticky everywhere.
SGBadly overbooked hotel. Had to sleep with three other people in the lobby...
