Near a tram line

Would be nice to have a hair dryer, maybe some new pans and a frying pan. Fridge looks like it had some damage and we couldn’t close some of the windows. Dishwasher tablets would be helpful.

Location was idea for us

having to use the fob to get out of the carpark on exit .Then having to go back into the property to drop of the fob.

Superb location for us; close to the city centre and also Hillsborough stadium where we were going for an event. Spacious. Clean.

Not that we didn’t like it as it is a lovely property; just a couple of things that need attention. Freezer needs defrosting as the drawers are frozen shut. Hall laminate flooring outside the bathroom needs attention. Possible water damage in the past - just means the floor is quite uneven there as the floorboards are lifting a bit. Other than that, no issues. Certainly didn’t affect our stay.

Location was ok

I was charged £100 deposit, although this wasn’t stated anywhere on booking. Even contacted booking.com and the new management to be told nope don’t need to pay that, 24hours before I go £100 is taken, now have to wait until next week for it to be refunded. Property untidy and unkempt. Dead insects on window sill, mould behind bath taps, fridge rusty, stains on sofa and chairs. Skirting board broken, hot water ran out, dining table had marks all over it. draft from windows was unbareable. The hot water ran out after 2 showers as it’s a water tank. Missing blind handles so had to open it by pushing it along, extractor fan on ceiling of the kitchen was filthy. I have all the pictures to back my claim up. Reached out to booking.com who contacted the property, who didn’t agree with my complaint. I’ve sent all the pictures to booking.com who agree with me and will be investigating further. We were in no position to get another property for our stay after travelling 2 hours, so we had no choice but to stay.
