very spacious, clean, plenty of room for a big family

garden was on the smaller side, but not a massive problem

We had an amazing week long stay. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate 3 families. The location was walking distance from the beach, which was perfect for our morning dog walks and entertaining the children. The house was a stone through away from the train station, which was very useful for day trips out. The train station for the steam train is located there as well, which the children loved. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat near by which is a 5 minute walk.

Beautifully presented and excellent value for money. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from messages asking if we were able to access the property okay to welcome gifts. It was a perfect mixture of a practically working family space but with all the small touches that you expect when stopping at a hotel from shower gel and hand wash in all the bathrooms to a ping pong table and games room .

There is nothing to fault about the property. It provides a great central base to access various attractions and parts of Wales or it simply lookin for a beach style holiday.

This property was really nice! The number of bathrooms in the property was brilliant. The lounge was beautifully furnished, the whole property was luxurious and yet had a cosy feeling, and was lovely and warm. There was plenty of utensils and cooking equipment the added bonus of a dish washer was very useful. It was great to have back door access to the parking area. The down stairs area acted as a separate apartment which was very convenient. There was lots of options of space for people to socialise in different ways. This place is perfect for a few families or friends meeting up. There was some nice extra touches such as a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a coffee machine with pods and some toiletries provided which made the stay extra special.

This place couldn’t have been better
