Kangaroo House Bed & Breakfast

They had tea service set out where you could help yourself to a cup of tea at any time, and they provided wine glasses if you brought wine along. There was a library where you could play games or read; they had a selection of games and books. There was a hot tub available, too. And the grounds were beautiful!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

This is a perfect B&B. The hosts are very helpful, accomodating and friendly. The property is very well maintained and has a lot of charm of an old family home. It is a perfect relaxing retreat topped with a delicious breakfast.

Absolutely no complains.

Beautiful property, charming, and old fashioned. Location was great, nice secluded hot tub in the garden area.

Best food we’ve ever had at a bed and breakfast. Walkable to downtown area with shops and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast with detailed notes from Charles and Jill, beautifully presented. Our hosts took the trouble to engage all guests in conversation, so no one was left out. Room was super clean and charming. Loved sitting on the deck watching the chickadees, nuthatches, tricolored towhees, hummingbirds and squirrels in the trees and feeders... wish we had more days to spend. Appreciated being allowed a single-night stay; some B&Bs have a minimum two day stay.

Not a single thing.

So cute and cozy, with so many great seating options for spending some time relaxing in between or after activities! The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was incredible. The hosts are absolutely wonderful!

We loved the location and the breakfasts were totally amazing!! I would come back just for the breakfast!!! Location was perfect for our bike trip. Secure location to keep our bikes.
