Stay l Urban - Spacious apartment with private terrace

We were with group 5 people. In this apartment number 406 ( 4-th floor ) WiFi doesn’t work, there were only few glasses in the kitchen and there’s a small balcony not terrace. This block of flats is in a quiet neighbourhood.

Location. It right next to light rail station

The housekeeping and customer service was not good. We have to contact them multiple time to get any issue resolved Nobody was taking the trash out

It was in a great location and the private terrace was a bonus. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.

The 3rd bedroom needed somewhere to hang clothes! We had to use the hanging space in the hall. Also a small bedside cabinet and a set of drawers would improve the comfort of the bedroom. It was just a room with a bed pushed up against the wall. The shower drainage needs improvement as the bathroom floors were flooded after a shower. Information about the property and surrounding area/facilities would have been very useful as we had to keep looking on the internet for where to locate things such as taxis, restaurants etc.

terrace was not cleaned oven was not cleaned broken lamps no soap in bathrooms & kitchen bags of dirty laundry all over the place (in the appartment, in front of elevator...) terrace full of empty bottles, beer cans, old skis...

Location, the space and terrace were great.

Finding the location was a bit of a struggle due to the roadwork. The location is excellent with a supermarket just next door and the train 2-3mins walking. The location is just right and walkable to the fisherman area or the heritage buildings. Lots of eateries around. The property is clean inside and is spacious living n dining area. Good for 6- 7 people. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The utensils were available with tea and coffee was available. The terrace is shared but maybe due to the rain, it was not cleaned. Overall I would recommend the place for a short stay.

Its a big apartment with 2 bathrooms wnought place kid to play, not like in a small hotel room. Personal was very friendly. I belive at they just did some renovation and it was some problems witch they will fix in the future.

Biggest problem was heater at it didnt work property and it was cold, on next day we got extra heaters so it was mutch better. It was hight music from one of the building behind the apartment until 00:00. Onther small problem was at we are missing Internet, TV didnt have a HDMI cable to conncets with TVbox, could be some more lights in the living room, it was slippery at the entrance becouse of ice.

Pretty nice apartment. Good size for our 6 family members. Clean (only inside of the apartment). Comfortable. Nice view. Nice outside area that you need to share it with all apartments' guests. Supermarket front of the building. Fast self check in/out.

The apartment was very clean, but very-very dirty common areas. We stayed 5 nights and the common areas weren't cleaned at any time. The elevator was dirty once we checked in which was never cleaned. Wifi password provided didn't work, the staff didn't reply my last notification about it.

The only saving grace is the location of this property, a 2 min walk from the tram station..

The property is not well maintained. We struggled to get access despite agreeing to pay the early check-in charges. Once inside, the facilities were not up to the mark. The terrace was not cleaned, and couch seats were soaked in water, making them unusable. The rooms were cramped, bathroom doors not locking or coming off the hinges. For the cost paid, this was a lot of disappointment!

The location was great and the flat was really spacious. Easy to find and a great terrace.

The flat wasn’t properly cleaned, the cabinets were dusty and we didn’t have the bare minimum to clean like sponges, dishwasher pods, dish soap etc…
