La casa è pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda per visitare Venezia. Con meno di dieci minuti di auto si raggiunge la stazione di Mira, dotata di grande parcheggio e da lì con 20 minuti di treno diretto si arriva a Venezia Santa Lucia
