Kokoro no sato・Ume

離交通方便，距離jr地鐵/近鐵相當便利，附近有便利商店、文具店、郵局，走五分鐘甚至有中型商場，可以買生活用品，旁邊也有大國藥局十分方便。 房子空間寬敞，有玄關換鞋區域、廚房客廳、洗衣空間、衣櫥等，四個人居住十分舒適。

由於房子的地板是木頭製造，走起路來會咖咖聲，上二樓較為陡峭，在二樓聽得到一樓走路的木板聲，然而該有的家庭設備都有，瑕不掩瑜。

位置非常方便，就在稻荷神社走路5分鐘的地方，離京阪跟JR兩個地鐵站都非常近！ 空間也很充足，三個大行李箱攤開還可以走來走去甚至躺在和室睡覺。

走上去寢室的樓梯比較陡要小心，鏡子只有一面，多人一起居住的時候要記得帶鏡子

Location, simple yet sufficient amenities, affordable

Great Location

1. Location: The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from two train stations and several convenience stores, making it easy to get around and grab necessities. 2. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth and very convenient, which made arrival stress-free. 3. Space & Comfort: The house is spacious and great for families or groups. Rooms warm up well with the air-conditioning. The common hall floors can feel cold, but thankfully, indoor slippers are provided, which was a nice touch. 4. Facilities: The kitchen is decently equipped with enough utensils for basic cooking. The instruction guide was clear and helpful, especially for appliances and house rules. 5. Privacy & Amenities: The bathroom windows are blurred, but silhouettes are still visible—adding curtains would improve privacy. It would also be helpful to have more mirrors around the house. 6. Noise: Be mindful that the stairs can be noisy, especially at night, so try to move quietly to avoid disturbing others. Overall, this was a great stay with thoughtful amenities and a convenient location. Just a few small tweaks could make it even better!

The price is very affordable for us 4 adults, given its location that is very near to Inari Station on Keihan line, whereas the inari station of the JR line is just a few minutes walk further away. Walking distance to Fushimi Inari, hence, its very easy to do a night visit (hike) to Fushimi Inari (but please be prepared for wild boar encounter on path that has nobody on it, at least know what to do if you encounter one) There is only one Lawson nearby, but I suggest to walk a little further to a local supermarket/drugstore called Life, in there you will find more food options (bentos, breads, cakes, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits), dry food, all kitchen stuff, all kind of clothing, all kind of toiletries and everything you could find in a supermarket. Lots of towels, and hand towels are provided, however very little to no floor mat. Tatami floor is only on the first floor, so that is a nice experience for 2 of the adults who sleeps on the first floor, while on the 2nd floor, there is a queen sized bed and a single bed, hence if needed, 2nd floor can sleep at least 3 person. There is quite a wide space between the queen sized bed and single bed, where we could put a futon there, hence its also possible to sleep 4 adults on 2nd floor. So you also have the flexibility to plan for all people sleeping upstairs, whereas all the luggage stays on the 1st floor and etc. There is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, these are two separate room, so at least for a house of 4 adults, we can take turn doing our business. There is a washing machine, with dryer capability, but don't expect your clothes to be fully dried from the dryer, still have to hang them overnight, and hanger is provided, and there is ample space to put the hanger.

The kitchen is a little bit small to work with, but the gas stove, kettle and microwave all work well. Almost all the chopsticks have chipped edges, so we didn't dare to use any of them. Would also appreciate a few bigger sized bowls. The dining table is abit tight for 4 adults to sit together for a meal, better positioning would help, as it is currently right next to the wall, and some items are already occupying some space on the table. Cooking oil and seasoning (salt, pepper, etc) are not provided, hence making a trip to Life supermarket will be worthwhile if you are staying here for multiple days and would like to do some cooking, my hack around this is to buy a full flavored butter, and use it as cooking oil and seasoning. There was only 1 mattress provided on the 1st floor, while another mattress is stored inside a cupboard on the 2nd floor, these mattresses and blankets looked dirty (looks yellowish with some stains, and dusty). The mattresses on the bed frames on 2nd floor however looks clean, but its still feels dusty to the touch. After 2 nights at this place i can see alot of dust flying in the air. There is only 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and 1 basin for face/teeth washing, on the first floor, no water supply on the 2nd floor, so at night, walking down the creaking stairs will awaken the people sleeping on first floor. The stairs are quite tight in term of width, you can still bring a middle sized luggage up and down, but big luggages (28 inches and above) will struggle. There is only 1 key provided, would be great if there are at least 2 set of keys, so more convenient if different couple stays here and are on different itinerary.
