My stay was wonderful. Location & bungalow will take you flash back of 1972 & old. However the room was excellent and with modern amenities. What I liked is away from the Ooty tourist crowd and busy streets. One can enjoy good air, a garden and great hospitality. .My 2 night stay was excellent. Also the chef is the great care taker from checkin, coffee/ tea and food arrangement. Highly recommended to stay & explore Ooty. Thank you.

This property is away from main town, quiet and peaceful. Not hard at all to reach from bus stand, auto will take around 200 INR to reach. If you’re a trekker, easy walk for 2.7 km. If you have a vehicle, it’s not hard to follow google map, adjacent road is wide and there is parking space available inside the property. This is a British property and rooms have been maintained and renovated - meticulously and appropriately to give the comfort it was meant to be. Whether you want a budget smaller room or going in with group to get a separate villa with 2 bed rooms, you are empowered with options. Food is good value for price, tastes amazing, freshly cooked, just remember to place order early in time. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and warm. The garden is well crafted and designed, going inside it will soothe the eyes with how plants are placed, maintained. You will only see forest tree land all around the property. The decor inside rooms follow the same pattern of passion, colour of wall or the hangings, furniture in rooms or the lights, there is a touch of deep thoughtful attention to detail in everything. You’ll walk in with a broad smile into either of the rooms and their large toilets. After booking, the response was very quick. We confirmed our stay with an amount. Over call I spoke with both Amrendra and Antara incidentally, and the warm welcome I sensed over just a telephonic interaction was enough to indicate the nature of these two souls. Like a movie has a trailer and then the actual unfolding, my spouse and I went there with anticipations and came back with two new friends. They have a different way of hosting guests. It’s a lot of passion that they put in. The way they speak, the way they welcome. It’s not something I’ve seen in my life. Not often you come across people like that in your life, forget about hosts in a homestay property in an extremely popular tourist destination.

The location was good and property as well.

I bought the room looking at the photos of bathtub, but i finally found it was broken and not working. Shower experience was not good at all and hand shower and shower also not working
