"Thank god it was only for a night"

The condition of the property is in worst condition. The walls are with seepage, there is no ceiling and the roof is of asbestos. Very poorly maintained. The bathroom floor got drainage issues. The price of the property is not at all worth. The room got no AC/heater facility.
