Abode By The Beach

The property is well thought and well made. It’s on the main matara highway. The view from this space is splendid. There are only 2 rooms in abode. Both are unique and well thought. The room is equipped with great tea collection, they have a mini fridge, we had a room with bath tub so they had ceylon spa’s bath salts. Two diffusers on both sides of the bed. Yoga mats are there on room. If you want to treat yourself with luxury in middle of raw nature, don’t miss this place. Also this property goes completely sold out whole months. Do book early

The property needs some maintenance. Like bath tub window frame gets jammed. The main door also gets jammed sometimes. The toiletries provided were not upto the mark compared to other luxury the room provided.

It was not at all as shown in the pictures and as promised, they have only 2 rooms and the staff leaves at 6pm so no service after that. Felt very unsafe tbh.

No restaurant for dinner but lots close by

Only the location nothing else is appealing

No room service. No breakfast. They order it from outside and just serve u stale food. Many options are not available also on the order breakfast menu. The pictures look exceptional on booking.com but in reality it’s very different.R Doors squeaky , handles rusted , beds very small. Steep stairs to go to the rooms and carrying bags up is crazy . Staff is polite but they hardly have anything to offer so no point

The location was amazing, it is just by the beach and you have an amazing view. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Sumud was amazing.

Good staff. Sumudu and Rashitha were very kind and great at service. Loved it!!
