Het uitzicht was fantastisch. 2 badkamers, 1 per verdiep is handig en heel veel kookgereedschap. Heel rustig en hoog gelegen maar niet té afgelegen van alles.

Geen muggenhorren. Geen airco wat wel handig had geweest als je onder het dak slaapt en de ramen niet kunt open zetten vanwege de muggen.

This is a really great house in the hillside not too far from Gubbio. It has a fantastic view over the valley. It is very calm, two neighboring houses are also there, but only little used. The last part of the street leading to the houses is a bit tight, but we managed quite well. You can get to Gubbio within about 15 minutes where all the stores and restaurants are located.

The beds have been somewhat uncomfortable (rather hard), placing better mattresses there would be a nice improvement.

La Casa di Claudia is situated in the most peaceful and beautiful area you can imagine, with a stunning view over the Apennin mountains. The house is just like a real home. On our arrival we were very well received in a personal manner by the hostess. The house has a personal touch, enough space for a family and it was clean and very well equipped for a long stay, including washing machine. The beds were very good, and gave us good nights sleep. The pictures give a good impression, but in reality it's even more cosy. We would have loved to stay much longer. It's a good fifteen minutes drive to the Gubbio city centre along winding roads, but the scenic location of the house its well worth the extra miles driving. As the location is in a rural area, you need a car as there are no public transport nearby. You also have to go into Gubbio in order to find a grocery store.
