Very friendly and helpful host. Great views over the hills. The living room and the kitchen were spacy and nicely furnished, very comfortable. Gubbio within 20 minutes drive. The place is at 700m altitude, which must be nice and cool in summer. Quiet and green surroundings. Good location to discover other towns in Umbria (Perugio, Assisi). A nice restaurant in 10 minutes walking distance.

The furniture on the terrace could have been more comfortable.... especially the chairs. Would have been nice to enjoy the sunset sitting on more comfortable chairs or sunbeds.
