Hue Crown A Luoi Retreat

Rooms small but are clean and comfortable. Location is in a quiet spot out of town. Close to a cool waterfall. Staff are sweet but there was no restaurant on site for our stay. Overall I felt like we significantly overpaid for what we got. There are great accommodation alternatives in town for 1/4 of the price so to be honest your money would get better value elsewhere on your travels!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super helpful and kind. The food was amazing. Rooms and facilities as described. Wish I had more time to stay longer.

Small and intimate. Staff were friendly and keep to please A simple retreat in the AShau valley Dinner available if wanted - the local fried vegetables were well seasoned. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Great overnighter. Good priced wine available

I like staff. She’s so friendly. Right after I finished checking out, she asked me if I needed a towel to cover my bike seat because the seat was hot due to weather. She’s really nice. The room I got was clean and smelt good. This place is actually beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommended! I’ll be back next time!

Not a dislike but be aware that you still need some form of transport to travel in and out of town, we rented bikes and it was perfect

Good location and filling of the bathroom. But no bathrobe.

I recently stayed at a mountain hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, there is no parking available, which was incredibly inconvenient given the remote location. Parking is just on the street next to the hotel, and it's unclear who to hold accountable if the bike gets knocked over. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the administration drinking on the job. This unprofessional behavior set a negative tone for the entire stay. Moreover, after 8 PM, the reception desk was completely unmanned. This lack of service made it impossible to address any issues or concerns during the evening. To top it all off, the price of the stay included hidden taxes, which were not disclosed upfront. This lack of transparency felt dishonest and misleading. We asked to start a fire, but we were refused, saying that the wood was wet, even though we had arrived on a bike in the rain. Meanwhile, the air conditioner in the room was already freezing for us, making the cold evening even worse. To make matters worse, someone turned on the USB charger on the bike during the night, draining the battery completely. The room had a lot of insects because the window had been left partly open before our arrival. Additionally, they required 100% prepayment for the room via messages, even though I had specified that I would pay upon arrival. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of basic amenities, unprofessional staff, and hidden costs made for a very unpleasant experience.
