Okolica to zrujnowane kamienice i pustostany. Okna balkonów wychodzą na pustostan, który jest od nich w odległości ok 1,5 m. Światło dzienne prawie tam nie dociera. Podłoga w obiekcie ma spadek, jakby był w niej dół. Meble są nowe, jest posprzątane mimo tego wszędzie czuć stęchliznę. Ogólnie wrażenie jest ponure. Obiekt dla osób które nie mają wymagań. Nie polecam noclegów na starym miście w Taranto.
